I'm doing a bit of seated vinyasa today. I can't do much. I'm stricken with a migraine. I wish it would go away. They've been really bad these past few months. I wish they would subside. The vinyasa movements are helpful. They stretch between my shoulder blades and they stretch my upper back and neck. It feels so good!
Next week I will begin some actual classes at the university. So far, no yoga is offered that I can enroll in. I'm taking Modern Dance and Aerobic Jazz. I'm going on a Caribbean cruise in April. I want to look decent in my swimwear!
