I've recently been challenged to practice Yoga daily in January 2008. Gladly, I've accepted this challenge. January 1, has been a day of relaxation and recovery from New Year's festivities. Although I did not actually practice Yoga today, I have created my game plan.
Beginning tomorrow, I will awake at 5:00 a.m. each day and do my Crunch Candlelight Yoga DVD; specifically, the 15 minute morning energizer routine. I love this DVD. The morning routine is fast and effective. It gets the energy moving for the rest of the day. Upon returning home from work each day I will alternate between Crunch Fat Burning Yoga and Crunch Joy of Yoga. Each night before going to bed, I will do the Crunch Candlelight Yoga evening relaxation and meditation. I'm stoked!
