Month End

January is just about over. I have to admit I did not get a lot of Yoga in. I am looking forward to February. I need to incorporate yoga into my daily activity. I have found that it can really improve the quality of my life. It will help my migraines, hypothyroidism, IBS, and even my chronic EBV infection. I don't want to overdo it and get too worn out, but I think it has to be done. I will work out a better schedule for myself in February.
