Crashed!

This morning I woke up feeling like a train wreck. Not only did I have a migraine, but I couldn't wake up. My body felt like it weighed two tons! I called work to tell them I'd be in later. I went back to sleep and woke up again at 9:00. Even at 9:00 I felt exhausted. I forced myself to get up and get ready for work. I really only wanted to be an hour late. Instead I got here 2 1/2 hours late. :( If only I could figure out what's going on. I suspect it is CFS/CFIDS or EBV. Too bad my doctor doesn't believe in those ailments. When I told her a couple years ago that I was diagnosed with the chronic EBV, her response was, "oh yea, EBV. That's the same as chronic fatigue syndrome. Same thing. You're just tired all the time and it sucks to be you."
The worse I've been feeling, the more annoyed I am about that remark. I think I am going to seek out the other doctor who diagnosed the EBV in the first place. Since my current doc won't even do a test to be sure, I may as well seek out a second opinion. At the very least, I want him to retest for the EBV and maybe determine if I have CFS. I need to do some more research myself, too. In any case, things have got to improve. I can't continue down this road or life is going to get more difficult. This brain fogginess has got to go! I'm thinking a vitamin regimen is in order...hmmm... :)
