Tonight I am back home. I can't believe the trip is over. It was fun, but overall, I would have to say that cruises might be just a touch overrated. Why? Well, if you noticed, my highlights took place off the ship. My opinion of the cruise ship is this: if you have ever seen the movie Dirty Dancing, then you will remember the slightly outdated, square resort Kellerman's that had activities planned for the families. The cruise ship reminded me of a floating Kellerman's Resort. I wasn't really into the shows, the games, the poolside entertainment, etc. It was all a little lame to me. I don't think Hubby would like a cruise all that much. He might get bored. If he ever wants to go on one, I would go on another cruise, but you probably won't see me get excited and say, "Hey! Let's take a cruise!"

Glad you went..did you find it restful when aboard the cruise or were you rushed a lot? Still can't believe you did not get your champagne.
Hugs
On the ship, I felt rushed. The most restful day was the day on Coco Cay. The beach was relaxing, but on the ship it was always kind of party-ish--not that I don't love a party, but if I wanted to sit by the pool and just relax, there would be loud music or grandstanding going on that made it difficult. The activities were scheduled in a way that made everything kind of smooshed together, too. If you wanted to see a show you were either rushing from the show to dinner or vice versa.
And I was SO pissed about that champagne deal!
