Good Deed of the Day

Today has been busy for me. I had to catch up on all the errands I would have done during the week had I not been stricken down with that migraine. One of those tasks was mailing some birthday cards and a baby card. At the post office, an old man was sitting near the windows in the lobby area as I walked in. He said hello. I said hi back and proceeded into the post office to mail my cards. On the way out the old man asked if I would help him to his car which was parked just outside the doors. He said he had thought he could make it in and out, but he was having difficulty and he just needed an arm to lean on. I helped him to his car and he was on his way. It was a little odd, but it feels good to help people. :)
