This morning I woke up at 3:30 a.m. with a migraine. It was a painful one. After taking my Excedrin Migraine I went back to bed and couldn't find sleep to save my life. I was tossing and turning. My head was pounding. My heart was rapidly beating. I felt like I was having a panic attack. Why is beyond me. I'm sure it had to do with work the day before. You'd expect people would be sunny and nice since the weather has been sunny and nice. Nope. People have been rude bitches ever since the weather warmed up. Days like the one I had yesterday make me want to go home and never return. If only I could resign...
So, here I am today. I didn't come in until noon. I had that migraine and it seemed to be better by about 9:00 when I woke up. Since I was home I got my Golden Girls fix and had some breakfast. I did the dishes, a load of laundry, and put some laundry away. I figured I would get to work around noon or one. I got here just before twelve. Almost immediately, my migraine returned. It started as a dull throb in the left side of my skull. It has now graduated to aura, white filminess in my vision, speech delay, the whole nine yards. Right now I wish I'd stayed home. I'm also convinced this effin job makes me sick.

Feel free to use that letter I gave you to help you resign. ;)
Bless you! I just got over my migraine as we speak-aaaahhh! As for panic attacks: I have to take something to keep me asleep at night so I do not have them. They are the most horrible thing and I wouldn't wish one on anyone! But for those that do not understand about them-it is difficult to talk about panic attacks to. Thank goodness my best friend: Dad-understands completely!
Good Luck!

Thanks, Mere! Sorry to hear you are a migraine sufferer, too. They are rotten, aren't they! I am not even sure if what I experience are panic attacks, but I think they could be. They don't occur often so at least that is good.
{{{{{HUGS}}}}} right back!
