Wine and a Book

Don't be fooled by the title. I'm actually starting a new series on here called "Book of the Month." I have lots of reading I want to do. Currently, I'm reading Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. I LOVE it! Unfortunately, I don't sit down and read as often as I'd like to. When I am finish writing this post I will be heading outside to the deck to sip on my JW Morris Riesling and read the book.

Last week I ordered two books on Amazon.com for a steal! I paid $2.40 for one and $3.90 for the other. My total cost after shipping was like $14.00. Not bad for 2 brand new hardcover books! The first book I have been wanting to read is Time Traps: Proven Strategies for Swamped Salespeople by Todd Duncan. My Mary Kay director's Senior Sales Director has been reading excerpts from this book at our training meetings. I think the concepts are excellent. I knew immediately that I wanted this book and I have got to read it! It is about time management and that is something I struggle with immensely!

The other book is The Automatic Millionaire by David Bach. My friend Darla has read this and she loved it. I have read some excerpts from some other books by David Bach including Smart Women Finish Rich, Smart Couples Finish Rich, and Start Late Finish Rich. I like his ideas. Eventually, I would like to acquire all of these books and read them. I think I'm in love with Amazon.com! LOL!

My goal is to finish Eat Pray Love by June 30. In July I will read Time Traps: Proven Strategies for Swamped Salespeople. Then, in August it's onto The Automatic Millionaire!
