By vegging out I mean vegetarianism! I've been sick for awhile now and it's getting worse. Something in my diet has got to change. I'm eliminating all meat. Red meat has always been bad, but I'm going to see what vegetarianism can do for me. I tried before when I was about 18. I got sick. I had trouble keeping things balanced out so I was weak and tired all the time. It's been over a decade now and I think I have the capacity to discipline myself better. I also have the help of this website. This should get me on the right track.
I'm working on some dietary lists. I'm going to have good foods, caution foods, and trigger foods (foods to avoid).
I've been so miserable, I'm starting my new plan tomorrow. No more meats! Period! I hope it improves my problems. I don't want to have to go back to the doctor. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this works!
