Hubby was sick all last week and into this week with the flu. I think I may be coming down with it myself. I am feeling hot and cold, stiff and sore, tired and achy, and food tastes funny. Fortunately, I am seeing my doctor tonight. Maybe I'll have a fever by then. My throat is starting to hurt. This is not good. The sneezing has begun, too. I haven't had the flu in about 4 years. Hubby rarely gets sick, but he is working in retail now. He's around people. He said they have to use the same computer to clock in, so if someone is sick and doesn't wash their hands, they spread their nasty little germs all over the place. At least I am stationed to my own work area. I have Purell at my side, but when you are living with the sick, your defenses are going to be down.
Boooo...the flu sucks!

I can't tell what's going on. I think I'm going to stay home tomorrow and sleep. I went to the doctor tonight and I'm not even sure why. I'm not going back until I need my Synthroid refilled.
My temperature was only 97ยบ which I think is normal for me. I felt like I would be fevered. I was totally wrong. Now I'm wondering if maybe it's my EBV. I'm also questioning if I have EBV at all. My current doc disregards it as an illness (she also is very dismissive of CFS). I am contemplating going back to my former doctor who originally diagnosed my EBV. It's been nearly 10 years since I've been to him so I don't know if it would be beneficial or not.
After today I am just really confused about my health.
