Wish List

Welcome to NaBloPoMo March 2008! I'm a participant. The theme is lists. I figured what could be more fun to kick it off than a Wish List? This is a haphazard wish list of things I want to purchase as I become more successful in my Mary Kay business. I have a huge goal to become a Free Driving Sales Director. So what does that mean? In Mary Kay, we can build a sales team and meet a team sales quota to earn the team leader a car. At the consultant level it is a choice between a Pontiac Vibe or Pontiac G6. Of course, if we don't want the car, we can take the cash instead--$375/mo--which is what I would opt for since I just purchased a car not too long ago. My main reason for making th decision to go this route in my business is the simple fact that I don't like working for someone else and I would love the freedom to work from a home-based office.
Now the list is just a fun way to keep myself motivated. It's a visual aid for meeting the goal and to keep myself working even if I don't feel like it. Sometimes, you just gotta do it anyway! :)

So, here it is, my Wish List:

1. Macbook because I would love a laptop!
2. A new tattoo. I never thought I'd want to have 2, but I am thinking I do!
3. A monthly trip to a spa for a professional massage...aaahhhhh.
4. A wedding album. Would you believe I don't have one? Things came up after our wedding that made the funds difficult to acquire.
5. New shoes just because it has been forever since I've treated myself to a cute pair of shoes!
6. New clothes. It has also been a long time since I've bought myself any new clothes.

So there you have it. My first list. My Wish List. :)
