I'm a little excited! I don't have to buy a ton of stuff at the grocery store! I just need to buy some meat for Hubby and maybe a couple other supplementary menu items! Woo hoo! I've decided to explore Super Wal-Mart. I normally don't shop Wal-Mart, but I keep hearing how great the prices are so I'm going to comparison shop in a bit. Super K-Mart also has good prices, but sometimes the produce there is questionable. There is a brand new Super Wal-Mart across town. Soon there will be an even newer one right around the corner from me. It's worth exploring. Because of my recent trips to Giant Eagle, I don't need a lot of stuff right now.
So, here's the meal plan:
Monday: Stuffed peppers. Hubby gets his stuffed with real ground beef. I will stuff mine with veggie substitute.
Tuesday: Pasta primavera.
Wednesday: Grilled chicken and potatoes. I'll have veggies.
Thursday: Burgers for Hubby.
Friday: Tuna noodle casserole.
Saturday: Not sure. Day before Easter. May be doing family stuff.
I'm kind of wingin' it this week. I have a lot of my staples so I can improvise a bit. I can be flexible midweek. ;)
Now, to go check out prices at the store!

I gotta get back into cooking. All we do is grab fast food or eat junk! Jedd is very bad for my health-LOL!
LOL! I never was into cooking until I moved in with Hubby. Now I think it's kinda fun and it can be relaxing sometimes. We were eating way too much fast food and junk for awhile when we were beginning the remodeling on this house. Once the kitchen was cleaned up and functional, I was cooking all the time. It was really fun when we had our garden. I think we are going to have one this year. I can't wait!
